Fairway Divorce was created because of the need for change - the need for states and provinces to decrease the cost of divorce in the courts system and the need for communities to create more peaceful resolutions. Most importantly, there is a need for families to have someone to help them through divorce in a way that is both fair and mature, while protecting all children involved. The system is broken and it needs a change.
