In The Industry Evaluation Process we utilize the data collected during the assessment to assist you in exploring industry segments and business models that align best for you. Simple points of compatibility include skill set and business experience while entrepreneurial perspective and capabilities lend to predicting performance. During this process, we will review together both the simple and more complex points but the key will be determining if you could visualize yourself successfully operating a business and achieving your goals and objectives within certain industry segments.
With the Presentation Of Franchise Opportunities, we will help you narrow down possibilities to a number of potential ‘right-fit’ opportunities that align best with your assessment data, goals and objectives AND instinctive thoughts. Ultimately, we want to ensure you seeing yourself owning these opportunities, and with minimal doubt and uncertainty. We will coach you through this process, providing you deep insight into the chosen opportunities, and against other like opportunities. Our goal is to help you to understand and ultimately, decide upon two or three opportunities of which any one would be ideal as the business for you.
With the field reduced, we will assist you in preparing to meet the leadership team at each brand. We will ensure you have thorough understanding of the brands, their competition, recent performance and top competitors. Utilizing this information, we will help you develop an action plan to take you into Discovery Day and beyond with each brand remaining as a strong possibility. The Franchise Discovery Action Plan includes identifying finance options, market overview and startup logistics so as to provide the basis for making an informed decision at the first opportunity where you so desire to move forward.
